I enrolled student at Los Angeles Valley College  studying biology

I currently teach Yoga, Pilates, Boxing, KickBoxing, and Body Sculpting Classes for Bodies In Motion, Encino and Northridge on an as needed basis every week.

I currently serve clients as a Private Fitness Trainer.

In February of 2006 I graduated 2 months late from a 1 year long program with 6 months of Theory and hands-on Practicum followed by 6 months of Clinical Residency from the Nation's First Nationally Accredited College of HypnoTherapy, The Hypnosis Motivation Institute.

I currently serve clients as a HypnoTherapist.

In 2006, I served as the Master of Ceremonies for Max Music Academy which is a program that is "Striving towards a better world through the love of classical music". The students are aged 4 through 17. The Founder, Director and Head Piano Instructor of Max Music (818-785-0653 ) has been teaching Piano to youths for over 20 years.

I am an Authorized and Certified Provider for the American Red Cross for First Aid, CPR and AED for Schools, Workplace and the Community.

I hold a legal Physician's Statement from William Vicary, J.D., M.D. (323-876-9133 ) to utilize Cannabis Therapeutically for the treatment of Chronic Osteoarthritic Pain as per  California Health and Safety Code 11362.5. Interestingly,Dr. Vicary was one of the key witnesses in the Menendez Brothers Murder Trial as well as their Psychiatrist.

I self published a collection of over 200 Haiku titled "Serena Wears Black" which is still available.

I was Officially Declared as a Baha'i in 2006 though I claim all religious loyalties including Philology

I play Berimbau(africa / brazil / cuba) Electric and Acoustic Guitar, Bass Guitar, Alto Sax, Trombone, Crystal Flute in C & G, Keyboard/ Piano, Drum Set, while my forte is Vocals.

I met a Goddess!

I experienced some of the worst Sleep Paralysis, psycholigical & emotional conflicts to date. I more than Idealized Suicide and almost dropped out of HypnoTherapy School.

2004
I Began Studying at Hypnosis Motivation Institute (11-4-04) and Training Clients at Bodies in Motion

Began working as a Personal Trainer @ B.I.M.

I lived in my black 1989 Ford Probe GT for 8 months (that means homeless folks) until I was taken in by the ShadowCane.

I am not a Scientologist. However, I  have supported some of their Citizen's Commision on Human Rights(CCHR) efforts because they have provided help during some of my most challenging trials. They have some very interesting courses. See more information...
 
I trained and volunteered as a tutor for theScientology founded Hollywood Education & Literacy Project (H.E.L.P.)

I worked for the Church of Scientology L.A. Day Org  as a Personnel Procurement Officer(PPO) Division 1, Executive.

I worked for Scientology's Hubbard College of Administration International in Division 6, Dissemination. I also was "on course" there in some basic studies.

Visited the L Ron Hubbard Life Museum and the CCHR's Psychiatry Museum of Death in Los Angeles.

I recieved a Public Relations Certificate from Levine Communications Office after a 6 month Internship under the supervision of Michael Levine

I worked as an Assistant Editor on the Avid for Discovery Channel's Monster Garage, Monster House and Plastic Surgery: Before & After with Original Productions / Post.

Admitted into CSULA's Mental Health Ward. I talked myself out a few hours later and was released in the morning.

I Relocated to California from Florida (2-24-02)

Visited Ithaca, New York; Wayne and Omaha, Nebraska; and Norfolk, Virginia

Fulfilled desire to be and Art Director on the Music video shoot for Unda Presha "Girls be Lovin This"

I used Extasy several times occasionally ingesting upwards of five or more pills. Most of it was confiscated from club patrons while working as security.

I worked as a Bouncer / Security for The Palace Night Club before it became Avalon

I recieved a Property Management Certificate from Los Angeles Community College under the Direction of Michael V. DeGeorge.

2001
I worked as a Property Assistant and Set Dresser for Art Director Jerry Blohm (305-299-7364), Graylin Franklin and the Miami Art Department for dozens of Pop and Hip Hop Artists. I also worked as an Art Director on a few gigs myself independently.

I lived and trained with Jazzy Jay Flowers who was my boxing coach; he told me that he was the IBO Light-HeavyWeight Champ which was revealed to me as not being entirely accurate by the boys from BULLSHIDO

I fought in over 40 matches in Ft. Lauderdale for Off the Wall Promotions Boxing and Submission Wrestling in Atlantis Night Club.

Began composing work on my so called "RC Projects using a Casio CTK-731

Met Mestre Caboquinho and got my 1st berimbau from him in Miami Florida.

I used LSD for the first time consuming five (5) paper contained concentrations. I have also consumed purple and green gel-tabs for acid trips. The most I consumed at one time was 11 gels. I have consumed literally hundreds of LSD preparations. I also used Psychedelic Mushrooms on one occasion. This was provided to me by a very good friend who happend to sell Marijuana, Extasy and LSD. He was killed in 2003. RIP (L.H.) dear friend.

1998
March 29th; Professor Sula became my Capoeira Padrinho (GodFather) when he Baptized as a Capoeirista with a cabecada to the solar plexus that knocked me on my back at his brother Contra-Mestre Pele's Batizado.

I was Border's Books Open Mic Poetry Host in Ft. Lauderdale

I was Baker Acted / involuntarily committed to a Ft. Lauderdale Mental Hospital

There still remains a Six-Inch long SCAR on the inside length of my right forearm which was self induced after I smashed a beer bottle over the top of my head with my left hand.

1997
I spent 60 days in the Broward County Jail for a fight with a 31 yr old man named Mark B. and stealing a bycicle from a womans yard. Both incidents were in the company of Mike B. who is probably dead or in prison; he is a career criminal type.

I went through the Marine Corps MEPS (Military Entrance Processing Station)

I scored 12.9 Reading, 12.5 Math and 12.9 English on the Broward Community College Criminal Justice Institute and Passed the Physical Obstacle Course. 12.9 is the highest score attainable for a test equal to GED.

1996

I trained for free by the good graces of Mestre Pele, Professor Sula and Capoeira Corpo e Movimento

I provided Hematemesis as the Vocalist for "South Florida's Reigning Death Metal Kings" Acrimonium

I volunteered for Kids In Distress in Ft. Lauderdale.

Joined the wrestling, swimming, and cross-country teams of my school.

I wrote my first Creative Non-Fiction Piece called "Demonology" which is available for review.

Restarted classes at Northeast High School and joined band, chorus and musical theater elective courses.

Met Capoeira Mestre Jelon Viera with Jose C. aka Gigante at Broward County Peforming Arts Center.

I attended a "Mini-Boot Camp" for the United States Navy in OrlandoFlorida. It was an ROTC Program.

Dropped out of high school

I spent 60 days in Gateway Hospital and Mental Health Center under Psychiatric Supervision of Dr. Westmoreland. Several more hospitalizations occured intermittently throughout the following years. However, the first was the longest.

I smoked Marijuana for the first time.

1992
I wrote my first Poem.

I became very disturbed, because of my close-minded view of the world when I was traveling to California with a married family member and saw him recieve service from a harlet. I used to be easily disturbed.

Relocated from the Bronx New York to Ft. Lauderdale Florida

I went into the basement of my Parent's Bronx, New York House one winter and saw a Severed Ram's Head mounted above the Furnace Flames and all, like some sort of Demonic Invocation Ritual. Read that again if you have to. Apparently my Father had it in the freezer for some time and then decided to move it there. I called my Mother about this (11-27-2006), and she confirmed it was not my imagination stating "I think he had some kind of breakdown after returning from a trip to Trinidad".

I experienced my first "Hallucinations" or Visuals of some kind which have continued since along with occasional Auditory, Olfactory(smell) and Somatic / Tactile / Kinesthetic (body/ motion/ energy) perceptions.
